Yo vivo en Boulder, Colorado, 5420 metros sobre el nivel del mar.

¿Se puede decir DRY y BRUTAL para mi pelo, la piel y las uñas?

Recuerdo el brillo y el cuerpo que vería en mi pelo cuando viví en la costa este durante la primavera y el verano.

Aquí fuera, mis wannabe cerraduras deliciosas comienzan a parecerse a ramas marchitas solitarios.

Hace años, que haría uso de tratamientos de aceite caliente en mi cabello, hasta que me di cuenta de lo tóxico mayoría de ellos eran.

Ahora tengo mi propia versión: Trato a mi cabello con una mascarilla de aguacate.

El aceite de aguacate es tan nutritiva e hidratante.

Lo hace maravillas para su piel y es aún mejor para el cuero cabelludo.

Para vencer el invierno aburrido, aquí está mi receta

máscara de aguacate

Lo que usted necesitará

1 aguacate
2 cucharadas de aceite de coco, derretida
5 gotas de aceite esencial de geranio (se dice que fomentan el equilibrio emocional, la elevación del estado de ánimo y la salud de la piel)

Qué hacer

1. Ponga todos los ingredientes en un procesador de alimentos y mezcle hasta que esté suave.

2. Usando un pincel de cocina o cepillo de aplicación profesional del color (disponible en tiendas de belleza de suministro o en línea), pintura en el pelo, y luego oprima para distribuir uniformemente.

3. Dejar actuar durante 30 minutos y luego el champú por completo.

Tu cabello se sentirá más grueso, más lleno, suave y sedoso.
